Emma Simpson, or Lazy Sundae is a primarily self-taught poet and storyteller. She has taken a couple of entry-level writing courses, but relies primarily on advice from her favorite authors and her own research. Several years of seeking information has left her with a desire to spread her knowledge by sharing a plethora of notes and her own tricks.
Her writing is inspired by the Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood, Gothic fiction and architecture, and other artists such as Neil Gaiman, Sir Terry Pratchett, and Margaret Atwood.
